Attendees will gain practical strategies for coping and self-care, with an emphasis on supervision, peer and grief support, and maintaining professional boundaries. The session also highlights organizational policies that foster a supportive environment. Clinicians will leave empowered to honor their grief, build resilience, and continue delivering compassionate care.
