When do I get my course certificate?
Course completion certificates will be awarded at the end of the course after all test surveys and evaluations for the participant are received by CE provider.
Certificates will be emailed to participant within 3 days of receipt of finalized surveys and evaluations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received 14 days in advance are refunded. You may use that credit towards another workshop or the fee will be refunded to the you within 2 weeks of the request. There are no refunds if your cancellation is received less than 14 days.
What is your return policy?
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy for any reason, just let us know before you request a certificate and we will refund your money. Refunds aren't available after the certificate is issued.
