Personally, I wish I didn't have to use this book. However I am one of a100 million people who have some form of chronic pain. At our grief center, we are seeing more clients with chronic pain and clinicians across the globe are reporting an increase in somatic responses in grief.

Dr Rachel Zoffness does a thorough job of presenting an "effective biopsychosocial approach, as well as scientifically supported interventions rooted in cognitive- behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and neuroscience" that I have used with several clients over the last year.

How have you seen grief show up in the body for you or your clients?
